Superb accommodation

We had a lovely second stay at The Boathouse. Super clean and comfy. A great base to explore the North Pennines and the Lake District. Lovely dog walks and scenery from the front door. Dog friendly with the friendly hosts providing a large crate, dog treats, food bowls, towels and direct access to a quiet village green opposite for late night doggie "necessities". Great value for money and highly recommended. Pennine Country Cottages were a great company to deal with. Always priffessional and helpful and knew the property inside out so could answer any little questions we had. Thankyou for a great 3 day pre-lockdown get-away.
