Covid-19

UPDATE 2nd November 2020

The Government announced on Friday 30th October, that the UK will be facing lockdown from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December and non-essential travel including overnight stays and UK holidays are not permitted. As a result we have blocked our calendars for this period and you will not be able to make a booking.

Any affected bookings which fall within these dates have already been contacted to make alternative arrangements.

If your booking is affected there are a number of options we can offer.

  • Arrange alternative holiday dates - this will be done with no administration fees and you will only have to pay if there is a difference between the season rates from your old to new booking.
  • Request a credit voucher – this will be for the total you have paid to date and can be redeemed from your next stay (the voucher is valid for a year from your original booking dates)
  • If you booked via a 3rd party agency we must follow their cancellation policy however we can offer alternative holiday dates

You do not need to contact us if your booking is not affected at the moment, we will continue to follow current government advice and update guests on a rolling basis if further bookings are affected.

Kind regards
